I lost All progress & Creator said its Epic Issue

I recently lost all my progress in a Uefn map is happened on 4/24, I contacted the map creator and they said it was a epic issue. i brought up the recent player persistence data loss form and the creator said its for the whole player base not just one person. And it was from a specific date, and that date was after you lost yours. Soo I asking if anything can be recovered.

This isn’t really the place to find the answers you’re looking for, unfortunately. There are a few Epic staff here and there, they’re in charge but mostly this is a community forum.

That’s weird that they did that, but that’s just my opinion.
