i just downloaded unreal 5.4.2 and i cant do anything at all because it keeps crashing

Welcome to the Unreal Engine Community Forum. Are you having this issue just launching UE itself(Blank with no project) or is it happening when you’re trying to load a specific project? (The error is showing ties to DirectX 12. If it’s project specific, try changing to DirectX 11 in your settings file in the project folder and test again)
