i have same problem to download Metahuman in bridge ue5 please help me

Greetings, hope you’re all doing ok.

I have a problem and it’s literally driving me crazy! Please Help.

Believe me when I tell you that I’ve tried everything that was suggested( running as ad administration, allowing in the firewall, changing the file path in the preferences, trying a VPN, creating a new project, and so on…)

The problem is that when I try to download my own custom metahuman( in my metahumans section) in UE5 Bridge, after generating it gets stuck on 0 percent and when I check the notification bar it says “waiting”. And I have waited for a long time but nothing happens. I can download other assets from the bridge but the problem is only for metahumans. I try the main presets too, and still have the same problem.

Please Help, my project depends on this.

I’m using windows 11
I have tried with both 5.3.2 and 5.1 and still have the same issue.

I live in iran but i try with vpn anyone Country login

Thank you in advance.

I have the same issue this past month after updating bridge. It goes to 99% and hangs. Someone please help.

Do no devs or Epic Games people help out in the forums?!
It seems like every question goes unanswered…

I recently installed Win11 and I’m having the same problem. Have you still not been able to solve it?
I also don’t see the preview in the bridge.

I noticed the same. Very dissapointing on replies to questions. I dont think epic reply at all. They just set up this forum for other members to help each other out. But that only works if enough people have the same problem.

First off. Dont use a vpn, that can slow thing down. Secondly, check firewall settings, or temporarily turn off the firewall completely to see if that makes any difference. If it does, then you’ve narrowed the problem down.

Im in the uk, using win10. When i download my MH in quixel it usualy gets to 75% then starts again before completing fully.

What kind of hardware are you using?

I tried many different ways, installed 3 different Windows and rather found a solution. After installing the VPN everything worked properly! I think it was the internet provider. Maybe this will work for you.
