i downloaded realityscan for ios. everytime i want to sign in it automatically try to sign in and i got a message says that my account does not meet the age requirements. the question is how i can manually sign in and prevent the app from signing in automatically?
Hi @Monem_Yousef, I am sorry that you are facing this. Is this your first time signing in for the RealityScan app? By any chance, are more people using the device you are trying to sign from? Are you signing with an Epic account, email, or other option?
