Is it easier to develop in UE4 with the Oculus or HTC Vive?
Do all three VR HMDs follow the same basic procedure for VR development?
Also, can someone please link me to a good VR Development tutorial on youtube preferably using the Samsung Odyssey?

“WindowsMixedReality” devices (Like the Samsung Odyssey) are not directly supported by Epic.
It is possible to use Unreal Engine on these devices through the SteamVR/OpenVR framework, however support is not guaranteed.
VR components (Cameras, Motion Controllers) have been abstracted, so development is very similar between platforms.
