I get a refusal without reason and a commandlet error in this island when I try to send an private code to moderation, I respect the rules well

- Publish and send private code to moderation
- This will indicate a Commandlet error
Expected Result
I shouldn’t get a refusal without reason and a Commandlet error and Both failed versions should have been accepted, because it respects the rules, such as the carefully completed iarc or the content of the island, moreover a refusal without reason, is for me not a refusal
Observed Result
II get a refusal and a commandlet error when there is no reason for the refusal
