I dont know whats Happening Here but I tried Every way Possible from youtube like Lightmap UV Overlapping. but still I'm facing this issue can anyone please help me

You can see the stretching here. The UVs are not good

You can either correct the UVs in your modelling program, or possibly fix them in UE with the modelling tools. Box project might do it.

Notice, this is your material UVs. The engine converts them to lightmap UVs when you import.

You also don’t need lightmap UVs unless you’re using static lighting.

I checked in Modeling Software but I think its fine here, or I did Something wrong? and also I Packed UV’s in UDIM.
