Hi ,

It looks like you enabled one of the orthographic views by pressing the O key, which cycles through the different orthographic views. You can cycle through them by pressing O until you return to the perspective view, or you can select the Eye icon on the top right of the viewport and selecting the house icon to directly pick the perspective view.
