I DON’T CAN TRANSFER MY MAP PRIVATE IN MY TEAM

“I can not…” or “I can’t…” is the correct way to phrase that.

I have an issue somewhat (?) similar. It tells me that i need to transfer the project to another team with the original creator in it, but its only me creating and i cant make a team legally. How can this issue be approached, i used to be able to do this, but now that i cant, im running out of island space since i cant reverse the projects and delete them. 
thank you to whoever responds in advance, and if there is a simple solution i will take the l lol
