I closed out of every tab in the particle editor and was not able to reopen them. I can’t do anything with particles until its fixed. I tried closing out and reopening and creating a new project. How do I reopen the tabs?

Normally you can re-open all the tabs using this:
Worst case scenario, open the project in explorer and delete the config folder.
