Additional Notes

I did not add any new external assets, I have no verse errors, the version works in a private play test. I have tried both keeping all promotional files the same and uploading new ones. I have re-done the rating questionnaire. I am not even sure what the issue is because I don’t have any specific reason why the release is failing the content review. They dont even send me reason on email… I made 3 private versions and none of them can’t be published. In one i removed my audio files and it not fixed it. This new update broke uefn. We need fast FIX.

I am having the same issue. I have changed the thumbnails, the map, the name. Nothing works

Having the same issue… I even got the mail that my map update is published and live in Fortnite but it’s not and have error in Creator Portal.

Me too ,Did you find the solution?

No solution for this. Epic need to fix it. Vote the post to make it more visible

Im experiencing this issue as well. It needs to get sorted ASAP. Can someone let me know if they find a fix.

I have the same problem on one of my cards. Epic must be aware of this, it’s really annoying.
