Log in to Fortnite Creator Portal
try to access the bar on the left
it’s not there

Expected Result

see bar on left (as shown in screenshot from my dev)

Observed Result

see no bar

At what device/screen are you trying to access the creator portal?
On certain dimensions the menu is not shown by default and needs to be opened from the hamburger menu
