Greetings!
I started publishing Fortnite maps around December 2025.
At that time, I decided I should try starting Sponsored Campaigns to promote my best map at the time (Chaos Wars).
I found it very strange that it never went to “New & Updated,” and that its sponsored campaigns didn’t perform as I expected, until I received a refund from those campaigns.
I went to the Fortnite Developers Twitter (@FNCreate) and discovered that during the time I ran my campaigns, the map promotion system wasn’t working correctly.
Unfortunately, the Fortnite Discovery recommendation never worked very well for me, but that’s beside the point.
The problem is that I released another map a while ago, called “Volleyfall League,” and I wanted to run a campaign for it now, because after some updates I think it’s an extremely promising project.
The obstacle here is that now the Fortnite campaign system is saying that I OWE money and that I can’t create another campaign until I pay off these debts, which isn’t true. It was paid at the time and I was reimbursed, and even if I did owe money, there’s no button to pay the debts.
I really want to resolve this problem. Please help me.

→ Try to create a campaign.

→ I should be able to create the campaign.
Observed Result
→ Can’t create a campaign because of a “debt”.
