I can't change the project type from UEFN to FNC

Summary

Hello! I need to change the project type from UEFN back to Fortnite Creative Mode (FNC). But when I try to click the button to do this, it gives me: “To return the project status to creative mode, the project must be TRANSFERRED TO THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR’S TEAM.” Although this project was originally mine and I did not transfer it to anyone.

My account is linked to ps4 and pc

You won’t be able to do this if it was created in UEFN. You can only go back from UEFN if the project was created in Fortnite Creative.

It was created in Fortnite Creative and then I decided to try UEFN, but now I can’t go back.

Thank you for the additional information. The team is checking into this. Ticket number is FNCE-7429.

Same problem is happening with me, I did create my Island in Fortnite Creative and i converted it to UEFN to try it, but when i try to revet it back to FNC, it’s not possible, while it should be possible to do, fix the creator portal please !!!

We’re looking into it.
