Thank you for your help, but any diver software or update from intel’s website won’t help me. I have a HP ENVY 15 which has a customizable driver for the HD display, I already updated the driver from the HP support website since I got my laptop back. If it helps, everytime I startup my laptop I get a error message saying “igfxtray.exe has stopped working”
