Hi SoraJr -
I took a look at your DXDIAG just to confirm that there was nothing else that could be causing you an issue, but it is unfortunately an issue with your Intel Integrated Graphics Card. I relaize that the HP Website lists the Version 10.18.10.3574 as Updated on July 9th but if you look at the details it actually was released on May 23, 2014. Following the link above and installing the Intel Driver directly from Intel will correct this issue for you.
If you are still uncomfortable with installing a driver from Intel, I would recommend contacting HP Support for your laptop about the correct course of action.
