I cannot Access Unreal Engine Academy

Hello, I have the following issue when I try to access Unreal Engine Academy:

I don’t know what I should do and I found out that their support is inaccessible.

So the Unreal Academy is a large paid service, usually paid for by a company for their employees as training, or for schools. It is largely group-based and tailored for your needs. If you are seeking free classes, that is what the Epic Developer Community is. :slight_smile:

Now, if you are part of a company or group that has access to Epic Academy, that is different. The Unreal Academy Account Manager would be the one in charge of the account from your company/school/group, as far as I am aware! :slight_smile:
