Summary
Me and my friend are trying to make a new team and when i try add him to it he gets this message ““You do not have permission to view this team. if you believe you have an invite, please contact the team owner or an admin for access”” and he is 100% invited and i typed his name in right, please help

Steps to Reproduce
Log into Epic Games account.
Create a new team.
Invite my friend to the team by typing his exact Epic Games display name.
Friend receives the invite and tries to join.
Friend sees the error message: “You do not have permission to view this team. If you believe you have an invite, please contact the team owner or an admin for access.”
Expected Result
My friend should be able to accept the invite and join the team without any errors.
Observed Result
When my friend accepts the invite, he sees the error message: “You do not have permission to view this team. If you believe you have an invite, please contact the team owner or an admin for access.”
