I wouldnt recommend posting this in a bug report but you can enable those windows in the “Window” tab

and then you need to enable these 2

Hey,

Are you referring to the Details and the Outliner tabs ? If so, you can recover them under the :

Window menu > Details 1

Window menu > Outliner 1.
