HWRT cannot enable.

I tried all possible options but still failed to enable HWRT feature of lumen, has anyone encountered similar situation before？
Environment:


Engine:
UE 5.3.2 Binary.
Project Setting:

Plugin:
Built-In only.
Lumen overview in editor:

Problem solved, cause is Win10 OS version does not suppport DX12, fixed via system update.
