Summary
I am making a game where players drive a Baller, using a Movement Modulator to driver at higher speeds.
I just noticed that if I change my target frame rates in the Fortnite settings, it affects the movement speed of the Baller.
At 30 fps it goes fastest, and if I increase the target fps, the Baller movement speed decreases.
That’s game breaking.

Steps to Reproduce
Add a Baller Spawner to your level and drive it through a Movement Modulator set to max speed and infinite duration.
Go to the Fortnite video settings and change the Frame Rate Limit.
Observe how your Baller will drive slower if you increase the Frame Rate Limit.
Expected Result
The Baller movement speed should be frame independent, even when using increased speed thanks to the Movement Modulator.
Observed Result
When using a Movement Modulator set to max speed and infinite duration, the Baller goes slower than it should when Frame Rate Limit is higher.
