Summary
This bug has re-appeared. I put a link to it in the description. There is a issue that when I’m very far away from xyz 0 the storm is constantly existing. Even though I have now removed all of my storm controllers and beacons in the whole map. The bug appeared after I put the storm controllers in the map and now I can’t get rid of the storm at all.
I can put the link to the old report here aswell: Storm in UEFN edit session

Steps to Reproduce
Add storm controllers and make a spawn very far away from y and x 0. I have had multiple storm controllers at once added. One advanced with beacons and then another not advanced controller for another area that where set on a non moving storm grid. Both where activated by timers and not on gamestart in the settings.
Expected Result
What I’m looking for is a delayed storm that is not activated until the timer is set off. The part with two storm controllers at once is experimental so I have no set expectations there.
Observed Result
It’s now a constantly stuck storm in my island at the initial spawn no matter the timers or the removal of the storm devices.
