Have you checked out the content examples? There is a flag there. You can use a mask or just multiply WPO with values 0 to 1.
I’m making some simple flags to decorate my levels with and I’d like to make them flap in the wind with everything else. My grass and leaves are simple hooked up to a master material function and they look fine.
The problem is my flags don’t look right when it’s the entire flag moving somewhat uniformly. Is there a way to make a flag that is able to lay flat when the wind is gone and then flap into the air when the wind picks up? I really don’t wanna use physics or bps, if I stick with my master material it will change with my weather system and such.
Any help appreciated, thanks for your time.
Isn’t that with the apex cloth? I wanted to use my already made grass wind material but it just looks strange with my flags, i just don’t want any resource intensive solutions.
I am pretty sure a panning texture is used there for WPO.
