How to use PlatformTargetFrameRate in animation sequence

I saw PlatformTargetFrameRate property in animation, but it is read-only. I didn’t see any instructions for using it.

Is it possible to set the frame rate of animation package on different platforms?(To reduce memory usage)

PlatformTargetFrameRate is not currently set to EditAnywhere.

Euan Carmichael (Epic Games) suggests an approach in the ticket below to change `AnimSequence::PlatformTargetFrameRate` to `EditAnywhere`. This might trigger some ensures, but you should be able to change them to warnings for now.
