How to use material properties as modifiable items in UE grass brushing

I have a grass, and the direction of the grass (360 degrees) is edited by the material properties rather than the influence of the wind
For example, I have a piece of grass that I want to brush in a 90 degree direction, but another piece of grass that I want to brush in a 45 degree direction
Is there a better way to use the most clumsy method to create grass from multiple angles and specifically brush it
