How to stop SkyLight from auto-updating

Hello hello,

I’m having two skyDomes, one is a flat grey color and the other is the default sky texture. I hide the sky one and recapture the scene with the sky light, what happens is it projects neutral light because of the grey sky dome. Then I turn that off and turn back the default sky dome.

The problem is every time upon reloading the level the sky light recaptures the scene and thus blue light, coming from the sky dome and not the grey dome I had before.

Why don’t you set the Skylight source to a custom cubemap? Then it would need to recapture the scene. You can find many types of HDRI photos ready to use just by searching google. Hell, you can just use a gray image for the cubemap, although that won’t produce
