How to Set Up Maya X,Y,Z (Top Y-Axis) Axis Positions in Unreal 4.27?

When I Export Camera Animation From AfterEffects to MAYA it is ok but When It is Imported in Unreal Camera Motion Changes Due to different Axis, Please Help me Fixing This, want to use Top Y-Axis System In Unreal Engine 4.27

Maya is fully able to translate between its own (Y up) and UE4’s (Z up) on export, so you can work “upright” in both without any alterations.

Can Unity Shift From Z-up to Y-Up ?

No need to change in Unity. It is Y-up like Maya already

Animated Camera from After Effects has Y-Up Maya has Y-Up, its messes its motion with Z-up
