How to set up custom look for my level ?

Hi I was wondering how can set up ( or change ) a kind of shader ( or color-tint ) for my level. For example: here I got some screenshot of my level
, that I need to make darker more gloomy ( more like dark-fantasy as “Dark-Souls” ).
I want to set up the overall scene lightning to be darker. I also want to get more flat/ less-contrast/less colourfull look between of each scene element, so there will be more detailled shadows. Can anyone tell me how can I achieve any of such effects ?

I would start by buidling the lights, maybe adding more small static lights before.


If you plan to tint your scene overall you could use a “GlobalPostProcessVolume” and use the Tint there.
