How to set the default Engine version?

I am using 4.3 but it keeps loading with 4.2, and I have to switch it to 4.3 each time, and its annoying.

Hi virusescu,

How exactly are you launching the editor? If you are using the Launcher, you can just click the dropdown arrow on the yellow Launch button, and pick the engine version that you want to use.

Yes and each time it switches back to 4.2 On my laptop it starts with 4.3 and I want to have this too on my PC. is there an ini file somewhere I can manually change?

Remove the other version so it has no choice?

I guess its an option. But perhaps loading a 4.2 project in 4.3 will yield incorrect conversion and render the source unusable :expressionless:

Sorry for the inconvenience on this. The issue where the yellow launch button does not remember the last engine version used is a known bug and scheduled to be fixed in a future update.
