How to scale(transfrome) particle system emitter over time?

I want to build 2 particle vfx
1)a magic ball size grow up 5times in 5sec (or continuous grow up)
2)a buff effect a particle system surrounding a target(or no target just surround a circle)
i search the question fine maybe can solve use blueprint 、add matinee or use skel surf locatior 。 but can it just complete in particle system editter ?
