How to rotate weapons and hands when camera goes up and down?

I made simple player animations and controller from document examples and [tutorial][1]. Used animations and character model from Animation started pack from marketplace.

I can walk, sprint and be idle. Everything looks good except I cannot see weapon when camera goes up.
I see animations Aim_Space*, but I dont know how to use them, and cannot find tutorial. Here I post screenshots how looks my animation blueprint (this was captured when character was idle):
