How to rotate a cylindrical distance field?

I need the height of the cylinder to be on the vertical axis. However by default the height appears on the horizontal axes. I tried a few things but didn’t get the result I wanted

How can I do it?
Thank you so much!!

I found a way to rotate the cylinder… I really don’t know if it’s a correct way to do it or if it can cause problems… I discovered it by chance… I would like someone with experience to confirm if it is a correct way to do it or not.

Thank you very much!!

it does not work well… :frowning:

Ok, I have already managed to rotate and translate the distance field of cylindrical.

I got a part of the code in this post:

And the other part of the code I got in this other post:

However and although my main problem is already solved. I consider that the code is not yet complete.

That is, the following is missing:
-Choose the radius of the cylinder
-Modify the scale of the cylinder.

If someone is good at image vector math maybe I can post here how to do it.
Because I’m very very newbie… I’ve been looking for the solution to this problem all day.

Thank you very much!!
