How to render gameplay cinematic record without loosing quality

HI to everyone. I have a pretty complex archviz scene with lots of high poly meshes and high quality texture. When i play the game everything is looking good even if performance is quiet low but when I render with queque set up with anti-aliasing (8 passes) png sequence and a quality output of 2560 x 1440 the image has a really low quality. Seems impossible to me improve render setting because when i do that my computer crash (I have a rtx 3060Ti ). What am i doing wrong? Thank for any help.
