How to remove Flickering / Noise in Scene

Hello,

i have a problem with lots of flickering noise in my scene. Whatever i try to change in post process or light settings, it’s still there. Sadly the video is very compressed to see, that the noise is visible with post process on or off.

There is still the same kind of noise even when changing global illumination to none, screen space or lumen.

Everything for raytracing and lumen is turned off. I noticed that the noise looks different when chaning anti aliasing type but no type does delete the noise.

I made a new screen recording. The noise is everywhere but best noticable on the wall and ceiling.
