How to register Windows 8 version UE 4.12.3?

Good afternoon

Problem = when you click on a file, right-click the project - to be able to generate files for VS
Much has been written about the “UnrealVersionSelector-Win64-Shipping.exe” - but this file is nowhere to be found.
However, there UnrealVersionSelector-Win32-Shipping.exe - but it’s not what you need …
Maybe in version 4.12.3 - this file is 64 bits - called in some other way?
Or how else you can update the VS file? (Goal - adding OSC plugin …)
It can be run to generate VS files via the command line? What to do?

Thank you in advance.

I will try to formulate more precisely:
How do I find a file UnrealVersionSelector-Win64-Shipping.exe? …
In the folder … \ Engine \ Binaries \ Win64 \ … No such file …

Hello,

I’m having a bit of trouble understanding exactly what the issue is.

Are you unable to generate project files for your project? If you right-click on the .uproject file in your project directory, do you see the Generate Visual Studio project files showing up?

Hello, thanks for the answer

If I right-click on the file .uproject => I am not see «Generate Visual Studio project files».
I can not find the file UnrealVersionSelector-Win64-Shipping.exe
in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\4.12\Engine\Binaries\Win64.…
Icon project file (.uproject) also has not been determined.

What do you advise in this situation?

Have you tried verifying the engine by going into the launcher’s Library tab and clicking the arrow next to the Launch button on your engine version?

Also, have you tried reinstalling as well?

Are you experiencing this issue with any other version of the engine?
