Do you have polygons in that places? Flipped normals? It is appear after baking light? Please, describe your problem
There is no problem with polygons and flipped normal, the blue tint is appearing after baking.
Do you have overlapping polygons on lightmap? send a screenshot
screenshot is attached in below comment there is no overlapping on lightmap
there is no cube map.
