How To? Oculus touch and forward motion (n00b question). Virtual Art Gallery

Hi All,

I’m trying to import some models into a ‘virtual art gallery’, so I can show other students what I’ve been sculpting.

I’d like to make the thumstick on the Oculus Touch controllers so that the viewer can walk / fly around the gallery looking at objects.

Anyone have any tips?

I’ve spent a couple hours over the last few days searching and see many great mapping images / videos, but haven’t been able to actually figure it out.

Do you use Pawn, DefaultPawn or PlayerCharacter?

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay.

To be honest, I don’t even know what I’m using! I set up a scene with lights, and enter VR mode… The controllers are working (point / gymbal etc).

Can you point me in the right direction / best practice / a video on getting it set up?

I feel like I’ve looked at some of the live stream videos and documentation but still can’t get it.
