Not really, it’s not the same render. Using custom Depth won’t allow us to hide part of the object and render behind.

You can use Custom Depth to get the same effect.

Yeah for sure custom depth is not the answer here…
Custom depth will make it so you CAN see things through walls like “spotting enemies with sonar” type effect in Batman Arkham games or X-ray vision.
