How to make actor get destroyed when far away then resplendent when player goes to their last location in multiplayer

I’m trying to have a system we’re if a player or players build a base and they go far away from it it will be removed but when they go back the actors will res pawn I can’t seem to get something like this to work dose anyone have an idea on how to do this
