How to I create a underwater cutting effect in Waveworks mesh?

Hello everyone, I would like a help, how can I create an underwater cutting effect as an example of the image? I plan to add this effect to my oceanic mesh of nvidia waveworks.

I tried to do the procedure that is used in the other post, but the result is this…
I believe the problem is that it is taking the “Plane Position” and ignoring the World Displacement present in the material of the ocean, But I do not know how it could solve this problem.

anyone have a suggestion?
