Hello, I am trying to figure out the source code for ue5.4 since I want to implement up to 9 player splitscreen. I know that there are tutorials for ue4.XX, but I really want to use nanite and lumen in my game, and preferably the somewhat recent animations stuff in the engine, as well as some of the experimental / beta plugins as well like gameinput (also, I’m not sure what ue4 lacks in comparison to 5, a google search shows advanced audio systems, nanite and a couple of other things, but not sure if they are true). I have tried looking at the tutorials for ue4, but so many things are just missing / moved around and I pray that I don’t need to go on a wild goose chase. Or would I be better trying out ue4 and trying to learn how they implemented the new features and tech in ue5 and try retro fitting them into ue4 / look for plugins for ue4 versions that already exist, and just work off of the older tutorials. Any help is apppreciated.
