How to get World Space offset FROM a Material?

Okay, so here is a question I cannot find an answer to.

How do you get a variable’s value FROM a Material? So I am talking about the World Space Offset specifically, because I want to pass that information into another material. Basically use that information without having the same code running twice and getting weird. It’s also texture based and effects other nodes so it can’t be something like a timeline. How do we do this?

I know about Dynamic materials, and I just can’t think of how to set a variable inside of the Shader Graph, and you can’t seem to summon that information in a node. Has anyone had to do this before? To sync up information?
