You can just put two directional lights in the map?
at the same time i am unable to do it i have also gived it the order but still only one visible , and both sun loaction is different .

can we do this scene in aother way , but both sun lights are well mixed
I know how to fix it , you should select the new directional light and change these two properties( and forward shading priority) to 1 so that you can see two sun in the sky and you can use Ctrl + L and Ctrl + Shift +L to easily change the position.
