How to get reflective water caustics on surfaces above the water plane?

Hi,
I am looking for a UE5 solution how to get moving water caustics ABOVE the water, and being projected -depending on the lightsources- on surfaces around the water. I dont want to have to place decals manual for that to fake it.
The 2 water plugins have caustics below the water, but none for above the water.
If anyone has a solution for this, pls share all the required settings.

Well you could wrap the whole thing in a post process but that would be far more work for a solution that looks the same and performs much worse.

To my knowledge, Unreal has no native support for reflective caustics. You could try nvidia’s RTX branch, which as I recall supports both reflective and refractive caustics
