How to force unreal to set cinematic to a particular actor?


So I have this cool feature on which you can have a Cloak in your actor, like “predator” cloak.

When it is in cinematics, it works sweet as expected, but when user lowers his video quality, the material is 100% invisible… that is not good, looks like a cheat in the game.

How can I force to this material to be always cinematic even if the user tries to change the rest of the video settings?
I played around with LOD to be always the best, but that doesn´t seems to be the solution.

I did this cloak material from youtube tutorial, nothing to fancy, if you have a better suggestion on how to do it, will also work for the purpose.
