Hello all,
I am working in UE 5.0.3, on a glass material.
I currently have one glass material for non raytraced scenes (no refraction) and one for raytraced scenes (with refraction).
I started this project on another PC which had an RTX 4090 and everything was working fine with hardware raytracing as well as raytraced translucency enabled.
Having travelled recently, I am now working on this same project but with a GTX 1080 instead, which I suspect does not support raytracing or at least raytraced translucency by default, as my glass material (that has refraction) shows the classic refraction offset “error” (that would usually show up if raytracing and raytraced translucency were disabled).
I will only attach a gif of the refraction issue in question and not of my project, material or post-process settings unless asked to. This is because everything was working as intended and the only thing that changed is the computer which I am working on.
Would anyone happen to know how I could “force” raytraced translucency?
Thanks
