How to force maximum texture map size?

When loading the game we always need maximum performance.
However, I would like to create cinematics and I would like to set all texture maps to maximum 8k or 4k output.
As much my RAM can handle.

Is there a general texture size value I could load?
Or force all texture maps inside the materials to be loaded as no mipmaps?

I believe there is a setting to disable texture streaming when rendering cinematics in UE4. There should be a checkbox in the menu that pops up when you are ready to render.
