How to fold UVs in half?

Hi,

I have been trying to figure out how to fold UV’s down the Y-axis, like a sandwich. I’ve been trying for a while and i’m starting to think its not possible outside of redoing my UV maps. Is this even possible or do i need to just edit the UVs outside of unreal?

I don’t really get what your going for, but here I masked out the red and green channels, manipulated them, and recombined.
