How to fix weird line rendering?

I’ve been having this render problem (download example below) now since I started using this mesh and this material, but because I don’t know how to fix that, I would like to know if someone knows how to solve this problem. If anyone will say that it’s the anti aliasing setting, that should be TAA, no, that’s not it, I have my anti aliasing method on TemporalAA. I hope you can help me.
