Even using the default third-person template, artefacts appear around the character when the camera moves quickly. Is there a way to fix or mitigate this visual artefact?
I thought my GPU had failed.

Found the culprit, it is the motion blur value. To fix it, added a Post Process Volume, check the Infinite Extend (Unbound) on and set the Motion Blur Amount from 0.5 to 0.1.
